Weyhrauch Trial Delayed Indefinitely

Anchorage--

I'm busy today, so all I will do is point you toward Rich Mauer's story that the court has postponed indefinitely the trial of ex-State Rep. Bruce Weyhrauch (R.-Juneau). Weyhrauch's trial was previously set to start on Sept. 13 in Anchorage, but U.S. District Judge John Sedwick announced in a hearing this morning that he will wait to see what the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals does with the appellate issues already before it.

Mauer's story in the Anchorage Daily News is at http://www.adn.com/2010/07/30/1388344/judges-ruling-puts-weyhrauchs.html on the Internet.
